
CITY NEIGHBORS HAMILTON
Baltimore City Reggio Emilia-based charter school sought to re-evaluate it's culture and faculty and staff support structures while adjusting to in-person classrooms from Covid remote learning.
Our team of four Social Designers conducted research to identify pain points and assets in the experiences of faculty and staff. We co-designed decision-making equity templates, recommendations for staff, and game development for engagement to ensure a cohesive school wide approach to facilitation of restorative practice between students.
