What is this?
Just a big party with everyone we love!
Last summer, we decided to get married. It was such an easy decision and we didn't want to wait, so we went to the courthouse and got our names on the books. It was a really fun (and kinda goofy) afternoon and it was everything we wanted it to be. Pretty soon though, we realized this was a unique opportunity to get everyone together and we knew we couldn't miss it.
So we invite you, our favorite people, to gather together to eat and play and hang out in beautiful Patapsco State Park. We're so excited for the spreading branches of our lives, all the people who've shaped us individually and as a pair, to be in one place.
We'll be bringing a huge amount of chili (vegan and non), all the fixings, and a mountain of baked potatoes. If you're local and can bring a dish or some drinks to share please do!
It's an outdoor gig so we are taking a gamble on the weather. That being said, there are two huge pavilions providing plenty of covered space and we'll be there rain or shine.

Logistics
If you have already let us know that you are coming or tentatively coming, we may have penciled you in on the list, but please check, and if you have not let us know or plans have changed, please update the spreadsheet!
Time and Location
We have the 707 pavilion reserved from sun up to sun down, so if you want to plan a hike or leisurly walk through the woods, come whenever! We'll start officially gathering around 4 with a plan to eat around 5:30/6.
The park has a $2–4 entry fee per person.
The site is about a 30 minute drive from the heart of Baltimore. Please carpool if you can! We can help coordinate rides as well, especially for folks coming in from out of town.
Kids are welcome!
Attire
However you are most comfortable! Mid May can be a bit unpredictable, so keep an eye on the weather.
After Party
Park curfew is at dusk, so we'll likely move the party to a Baltimore bar or venue for folks who want to celebrate with us into the night.
Lodging
If you are coming from out of town and are able, please find your own lodging. If you are unable to put yourself up, please let us know and we'll try to find a couch or guest room for you in either one of our houses or a friends, though spaces are limited!
We live in North Central Baltimore, near the Baltimore Museum of Art. The reception will be held at Patapsco State Park, about 30 minutes West of us.
